Scope

Products  
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur.

Orders  
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for valid reasons, including suspected fraud.

Prices & Taxes  
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and may include VAT where required by law.  
Additional charges such as shipping fees will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Payment  
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods.

Delivery  
We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframes provided. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)  
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days and must be in their original condition.

Refunds  
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.  
The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
