Shipping & Delivery  
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location within the European Union. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processes.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)  
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email at truckers.news.eu@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods. Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Return Shipping  
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods.

Limitation of Liability  
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
